It has broad leaves, light green in color and rather large. FRUIT: A cultivar suited for both table and oil. The fruit is 80% pulp, and of good weight (5-6 grams). The fruit is ellipsoidal with a rounded tip. Maturation is late (November-December) when the olives are of a violet black color and contain a very high quality of fine oil (25-30%). AGRONOMY: Self-sterile. A good producer if actively farmed with good cultural practices. Pollinator: Cayon. Considerable resistance to cold and to olive knot.
